Edit ARI in Bulk

There are two ways to open or close a room for a specific date, which we'll explain below. If you need to make changes to a single date, please refer to the change allotment, rate, or availability for a specific date article.

Use the quick view calendar

  1. Open the Availability, Rates & Inventory page.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select the rate plan you want to edit.
  3. Use the Bulk update section on the right panel to modify allotment, rate, and availability for multiple dates and room types for the selected rate plan.
    1. Select the date range you want to update.
    2. Choose specific room types or select all room types.
    3. Enter the number of rooms and rate. By default, rooms are set as closed—toggle the switch to make them available.
    4. Click Update to apply changes
  4. The changes apply instantly, and you'll see them reflected automatically on the page.

Use the Manage ARI tab and edit availability

  1. Your previous rate plan selection from the Quick View calendar carries over. If you haven't selected a rate plan yet, choose one from the drop-down menu. Then select the date range you want to view.
  2. Navigate to the room type for which you want to update ARI.
  3. To exclude specific dates from bulk updates, check the box in the Exclude column for those dates.
  4. Enter new values in the Bulk Update row.

    Note that in the example above, when Sunday 16/02/2025 is checked, bulk edits to Allotment, Min LOS, and Max LOS will not apply to this date.

  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, continue to save your ARI changes.


  7. Refresh the page to view your updates.
