The Supplier Portal by default, loads the first property in your portfolio. If you are managing multiple properties and would like to see the KPIs for another property, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Property Selector on the top right-hand corner
- Select another property from the available options
- The dashboard refreshes with relevant numbers

Dashboard KPI Indicators
The top-level KPI indicators provide a snapshot of the most important metrics.
Each KPI card highlights a single period’s performance alongside a period-over-period comparison.
KPI | Description |
---|---|
Revenue | Represents the total room revenue generated from the guestroom sales. |
Room Nights | The number of nights sold in a specific time period. It is calculated by multiplying one room times one night. |
Cancellation Rate | Percent of bookings canceled. |
Average Daily Rate (ADR) | The average daily rate (ADR) indicates the average revenue earned for an occupied room on a given day. It is calculated by dividing the Room Nights by the Revenue amount. |
Bookings | A reserved accommodation at a hotel for a specific period of time. |
Client Search to Book % | Percentage of clients booking versus clients searching. |
Average Lead Days | Average Lead Days is the time between making a reservation and actually arriving at the property. |
The time period is fixed from the current date to the last date on the 11th month looking forward. (e.g. Nov 13, 2024 to Oct 31, 2025).
At present, you cannot make adjustments to the time range.
Alignment Score Overview
Discover how closely your pricing aligns with optimal rates in the marketplace. This score is shown alongside the average for properties in your area, giving you insight into how competitive your pricing is.
Higher alignment scores are associated with increased revenue, fewer cancellations, and improved booking conversion rates. The analysis also displays current demand by indicating the number of potential buyers actively searching in your area.
To enhance your alignment and capture more bookings, you can create a promotion directly from this section.
Alignment Score vs Rate Differential Analysis
The Alignment Score indicates the degree of alignment between your overall rate mix and what is distributed via Hotel Trader. A score of 0 indicates there is no alignment, while a score of 100 indicates perfect alignment.
Rate Gap % indicates the percentage difference between the lowest rate found in B2B marketspaces and the lowest rate for the same arrival dates via Hotel Trader.

The Performance Dashboard is designed to provide you with a high-level overview of your hotels’ performance through the Hotel Trader distribution ecosystem.

This dashboard supports dynamic analysis of data through the following date ranges:
- Choose between Arrival Date or Booking Date
- Select a time range from the list of available options
By default, the Performance Dashboard displays data for the next 12 months based on Arrival Date.

Hotel Performance Summary
Monitor the performance of your hotel by revenue or room nights over time through the Performance Trend over Time graph.
Switch between the Revenue and Room Nights view. Additionally, choose a high-level monthly view or a more granular date view.
