The Manage ARI tab shows you a tabular view that provides a detailed and flexible way to view and manage your Availability, Rates, and Inventory (ARI) data for selected room types and date ranges. This view is ideal for making precise updates and managing ARI across multiple room types and rate plans.
Key Features of the Tabular View
Room Type Tabs
If a rate plan has multiple room types, each room type is displayed on a separate tab for better organization.
Custom Date Range Selection
View ARI for a custom date range by selecting the desired dates at the top of the page.
Individual and Bulk Updates
- Update ARI and restrictions for a specific date by editing the fields directly in the table.
- Use the Bulk Update functionality to apply changes to multiple dates and exclude specific dates using checkboxes. Learn more.
Excel Upload
- For those of you who are already using the file upload feature on our existing Supplier Portal, this is the same experience, just with a new look!
- Use the Upload File option to bulk upload ARI and restrictions via an Excel file.
- Download the template, fill in your updates, and upload the completed file for streamlined changes.
Note
Using the Upload Excel feature overrides previously added ARI.
Reset Button
Revert to the last saved state of ARI by clicking the Reset button if needed.
