Data is refreshed twice daily at 6 AM EST and 6 PM EST.
What periods can I review?
The Pricing Dashboard is set to analyze alignment and booking performance for the current month plus the next 11 calendar months.
The Performance Dashboard supports dynamic analysis of performance data based on the following selectable date ranges:

How are the last year KPI’s calculated?
For forward-looking periods, last year’s calculation is based on booking pace. For ‘past’ periods, the comparison is based on actualized (arrival date) or gross reservations (booking date) for the same date(s) last year.
Why do I not see all LOS ranges when hovering over a data point in the chart?
Hotel Trader shops your Alignment Rate for different length of stays based on lead time. In some cases, the month of check-in being shopped for rates will only look at specific LOS ranges.
