The Supplier Portal is your central hub for managing your Hotel Trader presence, from reviewing performance and updating rates, to managing promotions and your team. This article walks you through the main sections and how to find what you need.
The left navigation
The left sidebar is your main way to move between sections. Each icon links to a different area of the portal. You can expand or collapse the nav bar as per your preference.

| Section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Home | View your performance snapshot, Action Center recommendations, and active promotions |
| Promotions | Create, edit, and manage your promotions |
| ARI | View and update your availability, rates, and inventory |
| Reservations | View and manage guest reservations |
| Price Check | Search live rates for your property across stay dates and booking windows |

| Property Profile | View your property's configuration as Hotel Trader has it on file |
| Contact Us | Get in touch with the Hotel Trader team |
| Help | Open the Hotel Trader Help Centre |
Analytics Hub and Property Profile expand into sub-sections when clicked — select the section you need from the menu that appears.
Your homepage
Your homepage gives you a at-a-glance view of your property's performance and surfaces the actions most relevant to your business.

Performance Insights
Shows key metrics for your property based on guest arrival dates. Use the Arrival Date Range selector to change the period. Click Analytics Hub > to go to the full dashboards.
Metrics shown: Revenue, Room Nights, ADR, Lead Days, Length of Stay, and Buyers Booked — each with a year-on-year comparison and trend sparkline. Below the KPI tiles you'll see your Alignment Score, Top 5 Travel Buyers, and a Booking Pace table by month.
Action Center
Surfaces up to three personalised recommendations to help you improve your performance — including corridor opportunities, availability gaps, and promo suggestions. Read Action Center for a full breakdown.
Promotions
Shows your currently active promotions at a glance. Click Manage Promotions > to go to the full Promotions page.
Switching properties
If your account is linked to more than one property, you can switch between them using the property selector in the top right corner of the portal.

- Click the property name at the top right — it shows the name of the property you're currently viewing
- Select a different property from the dropdown
- The portal refreshes to show data for the selected property
Note: Your role and permissions may differ across properties. If you can't see a section for a particular property, contact your Super Admin or the Hotel Trader team.
Read Roles and Permissions for more detail on what each role can access.
The Action Center appears on your homepage and proactively surfaces the top three highest-impact actions you can take to improve your Hotel Trader performance. Rather than requiring you to dig through analytics, it brings the most relevant opportunities directly to you.

Types of recommendations
You'll see up to three cards at a time. Each card belongs to one of three recommendation types:
Corridor recommendations
Suggests a specific travel buyer your property isn't currently connected to. The card shows the buyer name along with average metrics (lead time, length of stay, ADR) based on the last 90 days of bookings across the Hotel Trader portfolio.

Note: Clicking Open Now on a corridor card sends a connection request to the Hotel Trader team — the corridor isn't opened automatically. You'll receive confirmation once it's been actioned.
Availability recommendations
Flags gaps in your availability, rates, or inventory within the next 365 days. Clicking Open Now takes you directly to your ARI calendar or table view so you can resolve the issue.

Promo recommendations
Suggests a targeted promotion based on your property's historical data and Hotel Trader's analysis. Recommendation types include alignment promos, lead time promos, length-of-stay promos, and day-of-week promos.
The promo details are pre-filled — you don't need to build it from scratch. Click Open Now, review the pre-filled settings, and launch when you're ready.

Revenue estimates
Each card includes an estimated revenue uplift and a comparison to your city average, so you can assess the potential impact before acting.
Note: If your property has fewer than 10 bookings in the last 30 days, revenue estimates won't be available. In that case, cards will reference city and regional benchmarks instead of your property-level data.
Acting on a card
Each card has two options:
- Open Now — takes you directly to the relevant workflow (promo creation, ARI view, or buyer connection request)
- Maybe Later — dismisses the card for the current session. It will reappear the next time you visit your homepage
Note: A session ends when you refresh the page or navigate away from and return to the homepage.
If you take no action, the card stays visible until you address it or it expires.
Why you might not see certain card types
Not every card type appears for every property. If there are no suitable corridors to recommend, or your ARI is sufficiently maintained, those card slots are filled with additional promo recommendations or general content cards instead.
How often recommendations refresh
- Corridor recommendations are regenerated every two weeks
- Promo and ARI recommendations update based on your property data
- A recommendation stays visible until you act on it or it expires

Your Property Profile is a read-only view of how Hotel Trader has your property configured on file — covering your core property details, room types, rate plans, cancellation policies, and taxes and fees.
Note: The Property Profile is read-only. To update any information, contact the Hotel Trader team via the Contact Us link on any tab, or at the Contact-us page.
