Reservation Report

The Reservation Report shows the reservations done by you. Search and filter to find what you need.

1. Open Reservation Report from the left navigation.
2. Search or filter by:
   • Property
   • Guest name
   • Client or HT Confirmation number
   • Booking dates
   • Check-in / check-out dates
3. Review the results in the table.

Export your reservation results to Excel.

1. Run your search in the Reservation Report.
2. Select Download Report.
3. Your reservations download as an Excel file.

Where permitted, you can request a guest name change directly from the Reservation Report.

1. Find the reservation in the Reservation Report.
2. Click on the  Guest name field.
3. Enter the corrected guest name and your name.
4. Select Submit.
