Stay on top of your promotions
Hotel Trader now alerts you when your promotions have already expired or are going to expire in the coming 14 days — so you can extend them before they lapse and stop converting.
Note: If you don't extend a promo before it expires, the system will automatically deactivate it once it is no longer sellable.
Features
New Action Center card
A new card appears on your Supplier Portal homepage when you have promotions expiring soon or that have already expired. Click Review Your Promotions to see which promos are affected and update their end dates directly — no need to navigate away.
Promo page indicator
Each promotion on your Promos page now shows a status pill so you can see at a glance which promos are expiring or have expired.
Email notifications
You'll receive an email from Hotel Trader when promotions are about to expire or have recently expired. The email includes up to 3 of your most time-sensitive promotions and a direct link to review and update them in the portal.
Emails are sent at 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiry.
Things to know
- Alerts apply to promotions with an end date that you manage directly in the Supplier Portal.
- Promotions with no end date are not included in alerts and are not automatically deactivated.
- Promotions managed through your CRS (e.g., Omnibee or Cendyn) cannot be edited from the portal — contact your Account Manager if you need help with those.
