What can I see in the Wallet Dashboard after onboarding?

In the upper section of the Wallet Dashboard, you can:

  • View wallet balances (by currency)
  • See upcoming booking payments (next 7 days)
  • Set a balance threshold to receive proactive alerts when your wallet funds drop below a defined level
    • The status indicator reflects your wallet balance relative to your set threshold:
      • Safe means your balance is above 90%;
      • Close To Threshold indicates it is between 50% and 90%;
      • Critical signals it has fallen below 50% and requires attention.
  • Click on a specific currency to access more details

In the lower section, for each currency, you can:

  • Track transactions. Click here to view column definitions.

  • Download a CSV report

What kind of alerts & notifications will I receive?

You will receive alerts to help you manage your wallet balance and avoid payment disruptions. These include:

  • Low balance alerts – when your wallet balance falls below a defined threshold
  • Critical balance alerts – when your balance is close to zero and requires immediate action
  • Account disconnection alerts – if your Airwallex account is disconnected from HotelTrader

Notifications are sent to your admin and finance contacts registered in HotelTrader.




Column Definitions

Name Definition
Booking Date The date when the booking was created in the system.
Booking Status Indicates the status of the booking, such as Confirmed or Canceled, at the time of the transaction.
Booking Type Specifies whether the booking is Refundable or Non-refundable, which determines when payment is debited.
HT Confirmation ID The unique booking reference assigned by HotelTrader.
Client Confirmation ID The booking reference provided by your system.
Property Name The name of the hotel or accommodation booked.
Check-in Date The scheduled arrival date for the booking.
Check-out Date The scheduled departure date for the booking.
Transaction Type Indicates whether the transaction is a Payment (debit) or a Refund (credit).
HT Booking Amount The total amount expected to be paid for the booking at the time of the transaction.
Transaction Amount The actual amount debited from or refunded to your wallet.
Transaction Status

Shows the current state of the transaction:

  • Paid – Payment has been successfully debited
  • Overdue – Payment was due but could not be completed (e.g. insufficient balance)
  • Refunded – Amount has been returned to your wallet
Transaction Date The date when the payment was debited or the refund was processed.
Cancelled At (EST) The timestamp, in EST, when the booking was canceled.
CXL Cut-Off Time (EST) The deadline, in EST, after which cancellation penalties apply.
